Delay due to a COVID emergency, the finale took place in November. So, this made Karachi Kings the champions for only around three months.

Pakistan Super League 2021 and the impact of the COVID crisis

 PCB has delayed the remaining matches of PSL 6 due to COVID. On Thursday morning, three more cricketers tested COVID positive.

Still, the officials have not stated the names of those three players. These three players are probably from Lahore Qalandars or Islamabad United.

 

This testing has raised the tournament’s total positive cases to seven; six of them are the cricketers. An emergency meeting between franchises and PCB decided the delay.
